Job Overview

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to strengthen our go-to-market engine through operational rigor, actionable insights, and process leadership. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Enablement to drive alignment and support efficient execution across the full sales motion.

In this role, you will serve as the primary operational support partner for our sales team - ensuring account executives, managers, and leadership have the tools, processes, and data needed to maximize productivity and achieve growth targets. You will play a critical role in reducing friction, maintaining process excellence, and enabling our sellers to spend more time selling.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Process Ownership & Optimization

  • Surface bottlenecks and recommend improvements that increase sales velocity and win rates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales process-related queries across EMEA.
  • Orchestrate DDQ and RFP submissions, coordinating the review and approval of responses across internal subject-matter experts to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion.

Systems & Data Management

  • Drive Salesforce excellence through data governance, workflow optimization, and maintaining system hygiene.
  • Ensure sales data accuracy to support forecasting, pipeline health, and executive reporting.
  • Manage and support sales tools (e.g., Gong or similar) and partner with Commercial Operations on tool integrations.

Operational Execution

  • Support day-to-day sales operations including lead routing, quote to cash, pipeline QA and data governance.
  • Provide proactive, hands-on support to sellers to help maintain deal momentum and reduce operational noise.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Enablement to ensure alignment across the sales motion.

Reporting & Insights

  • Assist with the building of dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for sales reps, managers, and executives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations that improve sales performance and inform strategic decision-making.

Enablement Partnership

  • Partner with Sales Enablement to feed relevant information that enables the updates of onboarding materials, process guides, and training content.

Required Qualifications and experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech.
  • Strong proficiency with ‘Salesforce’ (admin-level skills preferred)
  • Experience with ‘Gong’ desirable but not essential.
  • Experience supporting a quota-carrying sales team.
  • Ability to identify operational gaps and implement scalable process improvements.
  • Highly resourceful and determined problem solver, comfortable navigating ambiguity to resolve challenges and streamline quote to cash.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; experience in a Private Equity–backed environment is a plus.
  • Highly analytical with strong Excel skills.
  • Organized, process-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance.
