Technical Account Manager (Pre-Sales)

We're looking for a technical pre-sales professional with 3+ years in solutions engineering or technical account management, excellent English, and the confidence to run live demos for any audience. You'll make the technical side of every sale work: product demos, architecture and deployment options, security and compliance answers, and proof that VIDIZMO fits the buyer's needs. You'll use AI tools to research, answer questions faster and complete technical documents accurately.

We use Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot daily and expect you to as well. You own the result: check anything AI produces for accuracy, completeness and compliance before it reaches a customer.

What You'll Do

• Run product demos and technical discovery with buyers and partners.
• Answer technical questions within one working day.
• Complete security questionnaires and the technical sections of proposals.
• Show that the product fits, covering architecture, deployment and integration options.
• Bring customer feedback and feature requests back to the product team.
• Lean on Claude or another AI assistant daily to research technical questions, answer questionnaires and draft proposals.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Two to five years of experience as a technical account manager, pre-sales consultant or solutions engineer.
• Comfortable giving live demos to both technical teams and business buyers.
• Working knowledge of cloud and on-premises deployment, identity and single sign-on, and security questionnaires.
• Familiarity with video, AI or document-processing software is a plus.
• A track record of automating your own repetitive tasks with AI, for example prompt libraries, Claude Projects, AI workflows or simple scripts. Tell us about one.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional space for calls (required for remote applicants).
• Legally authorized to work in Pakistan.

How You're Paid You'll earn a monthly salary plus commission tied to your performance.
