Job Description

  • Welcome customers and create a personalized buying experience.
  • Learn their needs and match them with the right vehicle.
  • Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives.
  • Become an expert on Volkswagen products, features, and technology.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process.
  • Build relationships that create repeat and referral business.
  • Follow up with customers and deliver an exceptional ownership experience.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve individual and dealership goals.
  • Use proven sales strategies to maximize every opportunity.

New and used cars, trucks and motorcycles, with financing, protection products, parts and service, sold to retail buyers through its franchised new-car dealerships, its EchoPark used-car stores and its Harley-Davidson and powersports stores.

Pay schedule: Floor sellers earn uncapped commission on top of a guaranteed base or a draw, e-sales agents hourly pay plus commission and managers a pay plan with a production bonus, and the postings name medical, dental and vision cover, a 401(k) match (4% at EchoPark), paid time off and employee pricing on vehicles.
