About Arabic.AI

Arabic.AI grew out of the translation house Tarjama, and its sellers now carry two bags: AI products (Arabic-first models, an agent and workflow builder, and a workspace of drafting, translation and document-reading assistants) and an enterprise services book of translation, subtitling and dubbing, AI training data, Ureed tech and linguist secondments, and Content Lab events and social media work. The org mirrors that split. AI & Agents business development managers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with go-to-market specialists for the same line in Dubai and Amman, are pure hunters on the UAE market: a self-sourced pipeline with no inherited accounts or renewals, a named target account list and MEDDPICC qualification, selling direct and with channel partners. A matching Services team (BD managers in Amman, Riyadh and Dubai, specialists in Amman and Dubai) sells the three service lines together rather than one at a time, while a Riyadh business development manager runs assigned accounts across every division and a Content Lab manager there works relationships ahead of formal RFPs. Half of the 18 openings sit in Amman, the commercial back office: a head of account management over senior account managers, a head of SDR and an SDR coordinator who books meetings for the closers, a partnership associate co-selling with hyperscalers and systems integrators across the GCC, and two commercial support managers on Salesforce reporting, proposals and contracts; the rest are four in Dubai, two in Abu Dhabi (one an internship for UAE nationals) and three in Riyadh.

Job seekers never pay to use this board. An Apply button opens the employer's own application page, or the page of the recruiting firm filling the seat; only where a company or its recruiting firm pays us for a hire who came from here does that link carry our referral code, and the fee comes from them, never out of the base or OTE the role offers you.
