Every one of BRKZ's 12 sales-titled openings is a field seller in Saudi Arabia, signing construction firms onto a catalogue it puts at more than 7,000 SKUs from over 1,100 suppliers. The core seat is a key account manager for contractors, posted in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Jizan and again in Arabic for sales officers and account supervisors in the three big cities: prospect, pitch, negotiate and close, then hit a collections milestone on the accounts already buying. A separate imported materials line has its own account managers in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam who sell long-lead-time stock to retailers, wholesalers and distributors on advance payment, quote with samples and work with procurement on demand forecasts and shipment tracking. A Northern Region manager in Tabuk builds a team and sets city-level targets with frequent travel to job sites, and a Riyadh market expansion executive works the street with a driving licence, signing contractors and builders and passing closed accounts to the success team. The bar is low on tenure (one to two years of sales, construction materials preferred), so these suit sellers early in a field career; by city, Riyadh has four, Jeddah and Dammam three each, Jizan and Tabuk one.
