About Coast
Coast's buyers are businesses whose crews drive for a living, and its sellers lead with the fleet and fuel card before widening the deal to corporate cards, expense management and bill pay for the same company. Direct sales is cut by fleet size: an SMB account executive in Salt Lake City closes contractors, landscapers and field service firms with 10 to 125 vehicles from inbound and self-sourced pipeline, with a stated path up to mid-market, while mid-market AEs in New York and Salt Lake City own fleets of 50 to 1,000 vehicles and pitch finance teams and C-level buyers on quarterly quota. Behind them, a BDR on the Utah team works daily cold calls and email from the Draper office against a monthly count of booked demos and closed deals, and a customer success manager in Draper coaches the CSMs while keeping a book of accounts and answering for GRR and NRR. The two New York partnership seats build a second channel: a head of partnerships who runs the embedded integrations inside Samsara and Fleetio along with referral partners, resellers and fleet management companies and sets the revenue share and referral fee terms, and a strategic partnerships manager who sources and negotiates new distribution deals. All seven openings are in the US, four in the Salt Lake City area and three in New York.
