Customer success is the largest group, five of its nine sales openings, split by tier and US region: each Tier 2 CSM carries a book of 50 mid-size institutions in the Central, East or South Central region, Tier 1 CSMs cover the Central and South Central regions, and the Tier 2 role runs onboarding, business reviews, churn risk and upsell that it hands to sales to close. New business runs through an enterprise account executive for the East Coast who sells to the largest credit unions and community banks, works leads from the BDR team and travels up to half of each quarter. Presales is being built out: a senior director in Santa Clara to scale the sales engineering team and a remote solutions engineer who demos, scopes professional services and plans integrations with banking systems. An SVP of partnerships, also in Santa Clara, is to turn reseller and integration ties with Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry and Microsoft into a channel the posting sizes at $100 million or more a year.
