About EPOS

EPOS reps sell to the owner behind the counter: cafés, restaurants, minimarts and retail shops that need a POS system, a payment gateway or soundbox, the EPOS Rewards loyalty program on WhatsApp, or a website and digital marketing, with Singapore government grants bringing the POS price under S$1,000 on its own site. The selling is a classic SME funnel: 8 sales development reps (inbound and outbound in Singapore, six more across Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru and Penang) qualify merchants and book demos for the merchant acquisition team, and 14 business development executive postings plus outdoor sales reps do the cold calls, walk-ins and canvassing that close the sign-up and see the merchant through onboarding. Malaysia is the expansion market and holds 29 of the 42 sales-titled openings (22 in Kuala Lumpur), with a sales manager there to recruit and coach the field team against acquisition targets and a channel partnerships manager to recruit POS resellers, telco dealers, distributors and trade associations who refer merchants. Singapore's 13 mix experienced closers (a B2B account manager with 4 to 5 years, a hunter for its payment solutions, a field sales executive) with back office: five are sales operations jobs, from two interns to an analyst who calculates commissions, and Kuala Lumpur adds a sales enablement manager for CRM, contract and lead-to-cash systems. Two titles are not selling jobs: the Kuala Lumpur account executive runs receivables and collections in finance, and a key account project management intern coordinates client implementations.

Job seekers never pay to use this board. An Apply button opens the employer's own application page, or the page of the recruiting firm filling the seat; only where a company or its recruiting firm pays us for a hire who came from here does that link carry our referral code, and the fee comes from them, never out of the base or OTE the role offers you.

The Malaysian field postings state a monthly base, which is how pay is quoted there: RM4,000 to RM4,500 a month plus commission (about RM48,000 to RM54,000 a year in base) for a POS business development executive in Kuala Lumpur, and a base starting at RM4,000 a month plus commission and a transport allowance for the outdoor sales executive and the payments outdoor rep, with a one-month sign-on bonus offered on the outdoor business development role for hires who join by 31 December. The Singapore sales postings name no figure, only an attractive salary and uncapped commissions, and the SDR, partnerships and sales operations postings in both countries name none either.
