About Grab
Grab's commercial teams work the merchant and corporate side of the superapp: restaurants, grocers, retailers and consumer brands that list on GrabFood and GrabMart, take GrabPay and buy GrabAds, and companies that buy rides, deliveries and staff meals through Grab for Business. Merchant sales is hunting on foot and by phone: Singapore executives prospect restaurants by cold call, referral and face-to-face visit against bi-monthly targets, Ho Chi Minh City associates cold-call dine-out merchants, a Bangkok GrabMart associate on a 2-year contract signs mid- and long-tail grocers, and a Johor Bahru territory sales manager runs a team acquiring unmanaged merchants, after which account managers grow F&B, retail and FMCG portfolios by GMV and ad revenue in Singapore, Pasig (Metro Manila) and Petaling Jaya. Grab for Business has four openings (a Bangkok enterprise sales manager leading the Thai team, key account roles in Singapore, Pasig and Ho Chi Minh City), a Singapore senior client partner sells GrabAds placements to brands and media agencies, and a Jakarta country manager owns GrabKios digital goods sold through kiosk resellers and retailers. Of the 48 sales-titled openings about 28 sell or manage accounts, ten are sales operations (deal desk, pricing, sales compensation, lead-to-cash process) centred on Petaling Jaya, and ten are finance or HR systems and internal operations jobs whose specialist titles read like sales, including all three in Bangalore. Singapore holds 14 and Malaysia 11, then Vietnam 6, the Philippines 5, Thailand and Indonesia 4 each; none is in the US.
