Halcyon's product does one job, stopping ransomware: prevention engines on the endpoint that block encryption and data theft, recover encrypted files and keep attackers from disabling the customer's existing EDR, backed by a round-the-clock ransomware operations center and a ransomware warranty. Its quota carriers on the board are five enterprise account executives, each with a region (Illinois and Wisconsin from Chicago, the Northeast from Boston, the Southeast from Charlotte, the Ohio Valley and the Pacific Northwest), hired to bring relationships from five or more years of endpoint security sales, build pipeline with little ramp and work large accounts alongside smaller ones, often through value-added resellers and alliance partners.
