About LRG
LRG grew out of residential sales and lettings into a group of more than 300 branches (its site cites £3.6bn of property sales in 2024), and its branch sellers win instructions from homeowners, advertise the property, register and qualify applicants, run viewings and negotiate offers through to completion against personal and branch targets. Selling sits under acquired local brands that keep their own names, among them Romans in Hampshire, Osprey Property in Melton Mowbray (part of the group since 2025), Gibbs Gillespie around Harrow, Scott Fraser in Oxford, Peter Ball & Co in Tewkesbury and Leaders in Brighton, while SOWN, a separate team, sells new-build and resale shared ownership homes on behalf of housing associations and works remotely across England. Of the 16 sales openings on its board on 2 Nov 2026, four are trainee consultants (one in SOWN's resale team), six are sales or senior sales consultants, three are branch sales managers or assistant managers who appraise properties and run one-to-ones with their staff, two are Saturday-only assistants who qualify applicants and show homes, and one, titled new business manager at Romans in Farnborough, is a lettings valuer who wins landlord instructions. Three of the 16 are SOWN seats, where the consultant takes enquiries, books eligibility and affordability checks with the partner mortgage team, travels to development sites and earns extra on solicitor referrals. Ten of the openings are in the Thames Valley and the South East (Reading, Basingstoke, Farnborough, High Wycombe, Oxford, Brighton, Pinner, Ruislip), the other six in Essex, Leicestershire, Gloucestershire, Shropshire and Derbyshire.

Job seekers never pay to use this board. An Apply button opens the employer's own application page, or the page of the recruiting firm filling the seat; only where a company or its recruiting firm pays us for a hire who came from here does that link carry our referral code, and the fee comes from them, never out of the base or OTE the role offers you.
