About Rewards Network
Rewards Network's sellers sign restaurant owners onto a program that brings in diners from partner loyalty programs (United, Delta, Bilt, Fetch and Rakuten among them) who earn points or miles on the bill, with the restaurant paying for the guests it gets and able to take a merchant cash advance as well. The sales force is built around outside account executives who each hold one territory, must live in it, and are expected to make 25 or more door-to-door visits a day on top of cold calls, booking owner meetings and closing against weekly and monthly goals. Thirty-two of the 36 sales-titled openings are those field territories, in three regions: 15 in the East (five across the New York boroughs and Long Island, the rest in Florida, the Carolinas, Delaware, Virginia and central New Jersey), 11 in the Central region (Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Washington out to Cleveland, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Salt Lake City and Seattle) and 6 in the West (Los Angeles, Orange County, Cerritos, the North and South Bay, and Dallas). Behind them, a remote strategic account manager in South Texas, reporting to the regional sales managers, keeps signed restaurants, renews their contracts and qualifies them for cash advances against a monthly target. The Chicago office adds an inside AE who sells to restaurants by phone, a client success manager who owns a regional book with churn and NPS goals, and a senior manager for new business and innovation on the partnerships team; all 36 openings are in the US, and the Chicago roles are hybrid three days a week.
