About TheFork

TheFork's sellers sign up restaurants: the offer is a listing on its diner booking network in 11 countries plus TheFork Manager, the reservation, table and guest management software behind it, with promotions, a booking widget for the restaurant's own site and marketing packages sold alongside. New business is split between territory reps who cold call, walk in and book meetings with owners (Leeds, North London and Essex, Edinburgh, Flanders, Gothenburg, Alicante, Barcelona, Brescia or Bergamo, Cagliari) and phone-based inside sales and BDR seats, several of them in Barcelona selling into France, Portugal, the DACH countries and Flemish Belgium, the last for a newly formed new-markets team. Once a restaurant is live, account managers in Lisbon and in Barcelona or Madrid work books of 400 to 800 restaurants by phone at 45 to 50 calls a day, upselling promotions and places in TheFork Festival, and a six-month Paris internship starting January 2027 pushes the YUMS and SUPER YUMS campaigns to the same base. At the top end, a London key account manager hunts AA Guide, fine dining and high-end independent restaurants, about half the week in the field. Of its 24 sales-titled openings, 9 are in Spain (8 of them Barcelona), 7 in the UK, 3 in Italy, 2 in Belgium and one each in Portugal, Sweden and France; two of them, a Milan manager over the trainers who teach restaurants the software and a chief of staff to the COO in Barcelona, carry no selling.

Job seekers never pay to use this board. An Apply button opens the employer's own application page, or the page of the recruiting firm filling the seat; only where a company or its recruiting firm pays us for a hire who came from here does that link carry our referral code, and the fee comes from them, never out of the base or OTE the role offers you.

From our research: stated by the company, checked 2026-10-30

Only the three Italian postings print a figure, each a gross annual TTC band set against the national collective agreement: €44,000 to €50,000 for the field reps in Brescia or Bergamo and in Cagliari, and €67,000 to €73,000 for the Milan manager of the customer product success team. Every other posting promises a competitive fixed salary and bonus without a number, except the London inside sales desk, where the junior and senior postings pair the fixed salary with uncapped commission; the Paris internship names no stipend.
