About Trexon
Trexon is a holding group of cable assembly, harness and connector makers (CEPA, Cicoil, First Electronics, ICS, ConexSmart, Qualastat and 603 Manufacturing among them), and it hires sellers brand by brand, each carrying one plant's products to engineers and buyers at defense primes, aerospace and space programs, shipbuilders, subsea contractors and other OEMs. Five of the nine sales openings are business development managers who hunt and grow accounts in the field: ICS wants 10 or more years of selling electrical assemblies into aerospace and defense and 60 to 80 percent travel, the FEC maritime seat works shipbuilders, system integrators and marine contractors against a quota, two Cicoil seats take its specialty flat cable to robotics, space, eVTOL, semiconductor and drone makers, and a group-level role chases defense, renewable and oil and gas business. The other four sit inside at the plants: technical inside sales reps at CEPA in Chandler, ICS in Longmont and ConexSmart in Conifer price RFQs from drawings, cold call OEM leads and enter orders, and a sales operations coordinator at FEC in Chelsea, Massachusetts carries quotes through to order entry in Epicor (a seat open only to US persons under ITAR).
