Three patient groups, three field forces: CareDx sells molecular testing and the services around it to transplant, cell therapy and specialty oncology teams, with a separate sales line for each. Transplant account managers call on transplant centers, split between abdominal programs and heart and lung programs, supported by clinical liaisons who manage patients for the centers, while a community account manager takes AlloSure, its donor-derived cell-free DNA test, to general nephrology practices across eight Midwest and Mountain states. Five cell therapy account manager openings carry AlloHeme, a blood test that predicts relapse after bone marrow transplant, to transplant centers, cell therapy programs and hematology-oncology practices, and specialty oncology reps sell NavDx, a blood test that watches for the return of HPV-driven cancers, to head and neck surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists and colorectal surgeons. Those 11 NavDx territory reps are the largest group, a third of the 33 openings, alongside regional directors for the Northeast and the Central region, a national account director for health systems, GPOs and national labs, and a senior director signing pharma partnerships. Every opening is in the US and nearly all are remote inside a territory; a handful are not selling jobs (a medical director, a medical science liaison and two roles at its transplant pharmacy in Atlanta).
