First Due
About First Due
What a First Due rep carries is one platform for the whole fire or EMS agency, from patient care reports and pre-incident plans to staff scheduling, hydrants and inspections, and the buyers are fire chiefs, EMS directors and emergency management offices together with the city IT and procurement people who sign off on budgets and RFPs. The field force is regional: regional sales directors report to the chief sales officer, set territory targets and lead the account executives under them, and of the two director seats open one is restricted to the Great Lakes and Ohio Valley. Account executives prospect new agencies inside a territory, with a separate AE seat for private EMS providers, while a solutions consultant runs the demos (three or more a day, to groups of 20 or more) and works RFP responses with the bid team. Pipeline comes from a sales development team that reports into marketing under the CMO, where both the director and an SDR seat are open, and a VP of client success is wanted to own adoption, renewals and expansion across the installed base. All 8 sales openings are remote within the US, with 25 to 40% travel for the field seats.

Job seekers never pay to use this board. An Apply button opens the employer's own application page, or the page of the recruiting firm filling the seat; only where a company or its recruiting firm pays us for a hire who came from here does that link carry our referral code, and the fee comes from them, never out of the base or OTE the role offers you.
