About Metropolis

Metropolis asks property owners to hand it their parking: its computer vision platform lets drivers enter and leave without a ticket, its own operations staff run the site, and each deal is built on underwriting and a financial model that the seller works through with finance and legal. All 30 sales-titled openings are in the US and hunt for net-new locations, led by 14 directors of business development who each carry a metro territory from prospecting to signature (Los Angeles, San Francisco, New Jersey, Connecticut and Rhode Island, Virginia, Pittsburgh, Minneapolis and Milwaukee, Cincinnati and Louisville), five of them in Texas and the Bay Area focused on Future Mobility use cases. Below them sit 12 associate account executives: seven prospect by phone, email and LinkedIn and run discovery and demos alongside senior sellers in Atlanta, Cleveland, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, San Francisco and St. Louis, and five work a Healthcare and Institutional (GPO) vertical that answers RFPs and navigates procurement at hospital systems, from New York, Houston, Atlanta, Nashville and Chicago. The other four are directors of partner success in Baltimore, Chicago, New York and Nashville who keep a portfolio of existing partners, answer for its financial results and run monthly and quarterly business reviews.
