Rotork's sellers are organized by end market (Oil and Gas, Water and Power, and Chemical, Process and Industrial, or CPI), with a separate service sales line that sells spare parts, retrofits and reliability service contracts into plants already running its actuators. Field sales managers and sales engineers own a territory and call on end users, EPC contractors, OEMs, valve makers and distributors, and in the US they also manage manufacturer's reps; current seats include a Los Angeles senior sales manager who leads area sales managers for water and power across California and Hawaii, oil and gas territories from Pittsburgh, Calgary and Stavanger, CPI territories from Montreal, Rotterdam (Benelux), the Paris area and Pune, and a new business development role in Hallam, Victoria that spends about 75% of its time on data centres and 25% on mining. Service sales engineers and managers sell in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Singapore and Jakarta.
