CoStar Group sells subscriptions to its commercial real estate information and analytics platform and advertising on its marketplaces (LoopNet for commercial listings, Apartments.com for rentals, Homes.com for residential agents, Land.com and the UK portal OnTheMarket), plus Matterport digital twin capture, STR hotel benchmarking and lease administration software. Nearly all openings are local quota roles: Apartments.com sales associates who sign property managers city by city and Matterport field and inside account executives (about 40 openings each), CoStar Data & Analytics account executives in some 25 US metros selling to brokers, investors, lenders and owners, and regional directors and vice presidents above them.
