About Wave

Wave makes its money on consumers who move cash through its app and agent network, and its corporate sales team exists to grow the other half: companies that run payroll, supplier payouts and invoice collection on Wave Business. Sellers on that team prospect large corporations, structured SMEs, NGOs and public institutions, demo to CFOs, CEOs and HR directors and close the contract themselves, while key account managers take over signed payment partners, run business reviews, price fee cuts as volume tiers and push in-store activation so merchants actually transact. Business development is a separate track that negotiates the partnerships the network depends on (banks, telcos, bill payment and remittance companies), and agent operations leads recruit, train and police the cash-in, cash-out agents of a territory. All five sales openings on the board are in West Africa: a key account lead and a business development manager in Bamako, a payment sales representative at the Kotu office and an upcountry agent operations territory lead in The Gambia, and a key account manager in Abidjan who runs a team of account supervisors. The three francophone roles call for fluent French, the Gambian two work in English, and none is in the US.

Job seekers never pay to use this board. An Apply button opens the employer's own application page, or the page of the recruiting firm filling the seat; only where a company or its recruiting firm pays us for a hire who came from here does that link carry our referral code, and the fee comes from them, never out of the base or OTE the role offers you.
