About Airbnb

Airbnb's sellers work the supply side of the marketplace: they recruit and grow the hosts, property managers and hotels that guests book, and none of these openings sells to the traveler. About half of the 41 sales openings sit in Airbnb Hotels (which includes HotelTonight), where market managers carry a city or regional book of hotels against quarterly sales targets, enterprise account managers sign regional and global hotel groups, a connectivity partner manager looks after the channel managers, PMS and CRS vendors that plug hotels in, and a key accounts manager role advertised in six European cities will build a new team for hotel groups running hundreds of properties. The Homes side hires market managers and associates who keep a book of professional and smaller hosts listed, priced and open on peak dates, a Berlin business development manager with a pure new-business mandate and no inherited accounts, a Paris key accounts manager for API software providers and enterprise property managers, a Mexico City SDR prospecting Luxe homes across the Americas, and team leads over Thailand and Vietnam and over Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. Twenty openings are in Europe (six in Paris alone), nine in the US, seven in Asia-Pacific and four in Latin America, and a handful carry no target: hotel sales operations, supply tooling, a fixed-term host escalations coordinator in Paris and a legal tech engineer in Bangalore.

Job seekers never pay to use this board. An Apply button opens the employer's own application page, or the page of the recruiting firm filling the seat; only where a company or its recruiting firm pays us for a hire who came from here does that link carry our referral code, and the fee comes from them, never out of the base or OTE the role offers you.
