Beam
About Beam
Beam's product line (Beam Notes, renamed from Magic Notes, plus Talk and Interpret) takes the paperwork, translation and call handling off frontline caseworkers, and its buyers are the bodies that employ them: UK councils, central government departments, charities and private social care providers, and abroad state and local government, NDIS providers and US human services teams. From its UK base the company is planting founding teams in the US and Australia: each market gets a founding AE, a first full-cycle closing seat for reps one to two years out of a BDR job, and a founding senior AE who hunts new logos through longer multi-stakeholder cycles, backed by founding CSMs who run the pilots and then carry renewal and expansion revenue. London shows a separate bet: three enterprise AEs, Italian, Spanish and French speaking, opening a new vertical of large government contractors with six-month-plus cycles and first deals at six-figure ACVs, each matched by a founding CSM in the same language who travels across the EU. Of the 18 openings, 10 are AE seats and 8 sit in customer success or enablement; 9 are in London or elsewhere in the UK (one an AE working US hours on US prospects), 6 are remote in the US (East Coast and Mid-America, or Pacific time) and 3 are hybrid in Melbourne.
