Bosch's heating and cooling division picked up the YORK and Hitachi lines in August 2025, when it bought Johnson Controls' residential and light commercial HVAC business and the Johnson Controls-Hitachi joint venture, and most of its US sales hiring now runs through YORK Factory Direct, the company's own branch network. From a home branch, eight account managers and territory reps sell ducted and ductless equipment, parts and supplies to HVAC contractors, measured on signing new YORK dealers and winning more share of wallet from existing ones, while regional and area sales managers in Louisiana and in Wisconsin or Minnesota run those markets against margin and share-of-market targets. The same branches hire inside reps who quote and enter orders for house accounts and dealers, plus 17 counter sales associates (Houston, Savannah, Bogart, Summerville, Columbia and others) who serve walk-in customers at the register, restock and help in the warehouse, the largest single group of openings. Abroad the jobs push Hitachi air conditioning through distributors and installers: a Maidenhead manager leading the UK indirect channel team, sales engineers outside Mexico City and Nantes, a Madrid-listed executive whose client book is in Catalonia, and a pre-sales engineer and an Africa sales team lead in Dubai. 32 of the 40 postings are in the US, almost half of those in Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, Mississippi and Louisiana, and five are planning or process seats (sales and operations planning in Wichita, sales operations in Dallas, rebate process design in Tokyo, sales administration in Barcelona and parts channel support in Park City, Kansas).
