On the partnership side a strategic partnerships manager signs new UK charities to its free will service, a charity account manager on a 12-month maternity cover renews and upsells an existing book of charity partners against quarterly targets, and an enterprise growth lead, reporting to the CEO on key deals, builds distribution partnerships with insurers, banks, adviser networks and wealth managers. On the consumer side a sales consultant runs structured video consultations on targets, and a trainee field sales consultant (a career-changer cohort, car and UK driving licence required) does home visits and online appointments, with a route to a permanent estate planning consultant role or to qualifying as a private client solicitor. The remaining two are managers: a founding sales manager who merges probate sales and the bereavement support line into one new customer success team, and a probate team manager who leads eight to ten case managers with no caseload of their own. All seven are in England: six in London and the field trainee remote.
