Red Ventures is a Charlotte-based portfolio of seven US businesses, and each one hires its own sellers, so the buyer changes with the brand. At The Points Guy the money comes from media: reps sell sponsored content, paid social and custom editorial to card issuers such as Chase, Capital One and American Express, to loyalty programs and travel brands, and to their media agencies, working inbound RFPs as well as new logos. Bankrate's partnerships team negotiates commission terms and placements with affiliate and publisher partners across credit cards, mortgages and HELOCs, and deposits, while a customer success manager runs a book of card issuers on approval rates, volume and spend. Allconnect manages a portfolio of utility accounts and sells its mover-signup integrations to partners who reach people before move day (property management software, moving companies, real estate and relocation platforms), and Sage Home Loans wants a head of sales to own mortgage originations and grow HELOC volume. Of the 12 sales openings, 5 sit with The Points Guy, 3 each with Bankrate and Allconnect and 1 with Sage; account management (four seats including two directors) and partnerships (four) outnumber the single senior AE, and the rest are a customer success manager, a revenue operations analyst who sets media pricing and the Sage sales head. All 12 are in the US: five in New York, three in Charlotte (one also open to Atlanta) and four open anywhere in the US, Bankrate's three with an East Coast preference.
