VP of Product Specialists

Luminance logoLuminance$230,000/yr OTENew York, United StatesFull-timeListed 2mo ago

At $230,000/yr, this role pays more than the middle Sales Leadership opening on the board today ($198k/yr); the usual band for that kind of seat is $150k–$400k/yr.

Against the 4,648 open roles on Vertical SaaS sales jobs (typical pay $150k/yr, band $95k–$278k/yr), this one's $230,000/yr sits above the middle. How posted pay is measured.

  • Represent Luminance with senior customers, prospects and at industry events.
  • Contribute to broader company strategy as a senior leader within the go-to-market organisation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, legal technology, professional services or a comparable high-growth technology environment, including significant leadership experience.
  • Proven experience building, leading and scaling a high-performing customer-facing, solutions, pre-sales or Product Specialist organisation.
