Halter's sellers pitch collars and a subscription app to the person who runs the herd, at a kitchen table or on a side-by-side in the pasture, with enterprise and key account managers working the large corporate ranching and dairy groups where a single contract can reach seven figures. The US is the expansion market: 43 of its 64 American openings are territory managers who prospect and close ranchers in one patch of a state (seven in Missouri, six in Nebraska, three each in Arkansas, Minnesota and Wyoming), coached in the field by 10 regional sales leads and managers and two heads of sales who each run 10 to 20 reps, plus enterprise sales and key account managers for big ranch businesses in Texas, Florida, the Plains, Montana and Idaho. New Zealand reads like a book of business to keep: seven regional account managers own renewals and expansion, enterprise key account managers carry portfolios of large dairy operations, and the Auckland office adds revenue operations, Salesforce and commercial strategy seats. Australia has 31 openings, 17 of them territory managers from Tasmania to Bunbury and Rockhampton under four regional sales managers and a Brisbane country director, with dairy business development executives in Shepparton and coastal New South Wales; the rest are Argentina and Uruguay (territory managers across Buenos Aires province, five regional sales managers, a country director), a country director for Brazil and five territory managers in Saskatchewan. Territory managers make up 76 of the 148 openings, and the split by country is 64 US, 33 New Zealand, 31 Australia, 15 South America and 5 Canada.
