About PolicyStreet
PolicyStreet has two sales motions, and its board splits along them. The partnerships side hunts companies that can sell insurance inside their own product (e-commerce, travel, finance, transport, automotive), structures the cover with insurers and signs treaty agreements with the partner; it holds a head of sales over a team of partnership managers, three partnership leads (one dedicated to travel, one a regional seat that wants Mandarin, Cantonese or Japanese), an embedded insurance sales manager for Southeast Asia, a Mandarin-speaking BDM and partnership manager, an account manager who runs signed partners against premium, activation and retention targets, and an associate lead on the affiliate team. The employee benefits side sells group medical and life plans to Malaysian employers: a senior sales manager and a BDM chase corporate accounts, close them, onboard them and run their renewals, while three business development executives (junior, fresh graduate and Mandarin-speaking) cold call, email and message SMEs and corporates to book meetings for the closers against monthly and quarterly targets. Two of the 16 sales-titled openings are product jobs rather than selling seats: a regional head of product proposition and a product proposition role that price and structure commercial and personal lines for partners. All 16 are on site in Kuala Lumpur, 10 on the partnerships team, 5 in employee benefits and 1 in affiliates, and five of the titles ask for a Mandarin speaker.

Job seekers never pay to use this board. An Apply button opens the employer's own application page, or the page of the recruiting firm filling the seat; only where a company or its recruiting firm pays us for a hire who came from here does that link carry our referral code, and the fee comes from them, never out of the base or OTE the role offers you.
